Nagisa Shiranami (白波 渚, Shiranami Nagisa) is a side character in the Confession Executive Committee franchise. He is a former colleague of Hiyori Suzumi and has a crush on her. He is also a track and field runner.

Appearance[]
- Nagisa is a tall and average built teenage boy with short black hair with bangs swept to the left, and dark brown eyes. He is often seen wearing a hoodie and a pair of jeans.
He is considered attractive by many, to the point that Mayu Uchida considers scouting him when she first meets him at the Möbius Productions office.
Personality and Hobbies[]
- Nagisa is a friendly country boy who seems to be popular where he lives. He is kind to everyone who he meets and is considered to be well-liked by all. He is kind, patient, and stands up for what he believes in, but he is also rather hot-headed and gullible, having fallen for Aizo and Yujiro's taunts when they were trying to figure out if he had a crush on Hiyori. He gets a bit jealous when Hiyori talks so much about all the good that LIP×LIP had done for her, though he eases up when she assures him that she doesn't have any romantic attraction to them.
- He always hid the fact that he had a crush on Hiyori, but he ended up confessing when visiting her in Tokyo. He's disappointed, but also understanding when Hiyori tells him that she does not have time for a relationship right now, and is visibly happy when she tells him that him confessing made her happy. For now, the two remain good friends.
- Nagisa plans on inheriting his father's restaurant business when he's older, so he spends a lot of time cooking. He plans on attending a university in Tokyo and interning at restaurants so he can get the best experience possible so he can make everyone in Japan come to the restaurant and love the food he makes. He was also in track and field in middle school and trained everyday alongside Hiyori.

Hiyori Suzumi[]
- A fellow track and field club member. He's known Hiyori since they were children, and considers her an important and treasured person.
As children, Hiyori would defend Nagisa from bullies who made fun of his family owning a restaurant, and he eventually fell in love with her. Back then, he once told her that dresses looked weird on her and didn't fit her, and this has been a sore spot of Hiyori's all the way to the present. However, he said this not out of malice, but because he couldn't handle how cute she looked in them.
On finding that Hiyori is working as LIP×LIP's manager-in training, he is jealous of their newfound closeness, but relaxes when Hiyori tells him that she doesn't see them in a romantic light. Still, it ends up pushing him to confess to her anyways, and Hiyori responds to this by telling him with everything in her life that she is juggling, she doesn't have the time or energy for a relationship at the moment, but she still wants to remain friends with him. At the end of Heroine wa Heikin Ika and Suki na Ko ni Uso Tsuita, Nagisa and Hiyori appear to attend the same university. In Heroine no Hero, Hiyori is the one to confess to Nagisa and asks him to be her boyfriend, to which he gladly accepts.

LIP×LIP[]
- He had heard of them due to girls at his school being fans, but didn't seem to really care about them very much. However, once he finds out that Hiyori is the trainee manager for them, he grows a little hostile towards them. He doesn't approve of how they helped Hiyori dress up and thought that they would be his rivals in love for Hiyori's heart. He grows to be more assured upon hearing Hiyori isn't romantically attracted to them. Afterwards, Nagisa ends up meeting with LIP×LIP and Hiyori during their Izumo City tour, and Nagisa talks down on them for being desperate for a live show and points out to them how Full Throttle4 is superior to them. At Hiyori's suggestion of running together, he expresses confusion, knowing the two won't keep up. He's proven right, and he ends up earning LIP×LIP's full respect for his stamina and the two promise to make him love their live show performance, with Nagisa telling them that he's looking forward to it, signifying that the three are now at least on friendly terms.
Etymology[]
- The name Nagisa means "beach, shore" (渚).
- Nagisa's surname Shiranami means "white" (白) (shira) and "wave" (波) (nami).
Trivia[]
- Nagisa was the most challenging character for Yamako to design, taking her a few years to complete him before he finally made his debut in Gamushara.
- Nagisa's father owns a restaurant in Izumo City, where they reside.
- Heroine Taru Mono! reveals that Hiyori's father, being a fisherman, often gives fish to Nagisa's father for his restaurant, which is how Nagisa and Hiyori met as children.
